Weighing less than 3 ounces and 1/2" thick, this pocket size tool instantly measures thickneses to .600" (15mm) within one thousandth of an inch (.02 mm). Reads in inches or millimeters. Because you control the measurement pressure, this tool is ideal for measuring the thickness of either soft (e.g. foam, cardboard) or hard materials. You can use as a go/no go gage by zeroing it on a known standard and then reading the deviation of each work piece on the gage. Includes a small fitted storage case and a spare battery. |
