All Returns for products bought from Suncoast Precision
Tools Inc. must be made within 30 Days from the date of purchase
(invoiced date), unless otherwise indicated (Manufactures Warranties
etc.). Any merchandise that has been made as a special or
customized will not be accepted, unless there is a proven manufactured
defect. Any returns after this period of 30 days or is a non stock
item that are not a warranty item are subject to a 20% Restock Charge.
Returned product should be in original packaging, unused, undamaged in
saleable condition. On all returns you the customer are
responsible pay for all freight charges (unless we made a proven mistake
on the order), Suncoast does not accept CODs. If this is a non
stock item to be returned to our manufacturer you must allow 30 days for
your credit.
