The “Narrow Width” Keyseat Cutters From Keo® Are Milling Tools Designed To Cut Narrow Keyways, Woodruff Seats Or Slots Where The Width Of The Slot Is Small (I.E., Cw = Small). Unlike Standard Width Keyseat Cutters, These Are Built For Narrower Slot Widths (“Narrow Width” Meaning Thinner Cutting Width Relative To Diameter) And Thus Suited To Applications Where The Slot Or Keyseat Is Shallow Or Minimal Width.

  • Designed for milling narrow keyseats, Woodruff keyways, and precision slots where reduced slot width is required.
  • Made from premium high-speed steel (HSS) for excellent toughness, strength, and general-purpose durability.
  • Ideal for fine or shallow slotting operations that standard-width keyseat cutters cannot reach.
  • Provides a cost-effective solution for tight-tolerance, narrow-slot applications.
