By Logging into your account our servers save your billing and shipping address information, so you don’t have to re-type this every time you place an order. Also, by adding to your cart under your Login our server retains your cart without using cookies, this is more dependable and accurate. Items will stay in your cart under your Login until your either save your order as a quote, place your order or delete the items in your cart.
Online Customer Service Features
We offer an excellent Online Customer Service Portal under the My Account Page with your Login:
My Account Info
Under this section you can see and change most of your account information online. You can also see your account number, request additional Logins and Manage your passwords.
Request Additional Logins
Under this selection you can request additional logins. This can be helpful if you have other people you would like to do just quoting or want them to have their own login to your account.
Inventory Purchase History
In the Inventory Purchase History, you can look up all your past orders buy date range. You can Sort by EDP Number, Description and more. You can also add the item to your cart if you would like to buy it again.
Order Status/UPS Tracking
In the Order Status/UPS Tracking Section you can look up your orders to see if they are open or closed. You can also Look up the Sales Order Number and see the invoice or invoices related to that order. We also display the tracking number here if your order has been shipped.
Quotes Look up
You can add all your items to your cart and save them as Quotes and Save and or Email PDF Copies of your quote, this is nice if you’re in the shop and would like to send a copy to your Purchasing Department. You can add multiple quotes back to your cart and you can also add a reference Number to your quotes.
Aging Section
If you have an Open Net 30 Day Account with us, you can Look at the Aging of your Account Here. You can also pull up your original PDF Invoice.
Invoice Lookup
You can look up any of you Invoices and or the Order/Sales Order Number related to it. This is helpful if you need to retrieve another copy of the invoice and the Order number related to it.
Active Coupons
You can look up any Coupons related to the site or your account here.
My Favorites
Save your Favorite Items here, especially your more frequent items you order
Manage Saved Credit Cards
In This section your can save your Credit Card on our secured site here. All Saved credit cards are NOT saved on our servers they are encoded and kept on our Merchant’s (PayPal’s) Servers. This is nice so you don’t have to enter your credit card each time your purchase from us. We only display the last 4 Numbers of your credit card.
Manage Additional Ship To Addresses
If you have Multiple Ship to addresses this is very helpful, you can add as many ship to addresses in this section as you want, you can edit or delete them here as well. This is nice for larger companies with multiple ship to addresses.
