Pricing, specifications, availability, images, lead times, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Suncoast Precision Tools makes every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, typographical errors, supplier feed errors, technical errors, inventory synchronization issues, and pricing inaccuracies may occur. Suncoast Precision Tools reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order resulting from such errors, including after payment has been submitted.
Manufacturers may revise dimensions, coatings, packaging, country of origin, specifications, or product designs without notice. Product images are for reference only and may not represent the exact item received.
Customers are responsible for confirming product suitability for their intended application prior to use.
Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Suncoast Precision Tools reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse service, cancel orders, or require additional verification at its sole discretion.
Orders suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or suspicious purchasing activity may be delayed, canceled, or refunded.
Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to shipment unless approved credit terms have been established.
Suncoast Precision Tools accepts major credit cards and approved payment methods displayed at checkout. Additional verification may be required for high-value or suspicious transactions.
Shipping Policy
Shipping dates and delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer. Suncoast Precision Tools is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages, damaged shipments caused by the carrier, customs delays, or events outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments immediately upon receipt and reporting any visible shipping damage directly to the carrier and to Suncoast Precision Tools.
Many products ship directly from manufacturer warehouses located throughout the United States. Availability and shipping origin may vary.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns require prior authorization from Suncoast Precision Tools.
Returned merchandise may be subject to restocking fees, manufacturer return restrictions, freight charges, and inspection approval. Special-order, non-stock, custom, electrical, clearance, closeout, and discontinued items are generally non-returnable.
Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original manufacturer packaging.
Used, worn, damaged, modified, or improperly packaged merchandise will not qualify for return credit.
Unauthorized returns or COD shipments will not be accepted.
Limited Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, Suncoast Precision Tools makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
Customers are solely responsible for proper tool selection, speeds and feeds, machine setup, application engineering, safety compliance, and operational use.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Suncoast Precision Tools be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, production downtime, labor costs, machine damage, business interruption, or loss of data.
Suncoast Precision Tools' maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure
Suncoast Precision Tools shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier shortages, raw material shortages, carbide shortages, freight interruptions, labor disputes, strikes, tariffs, natural disasters, cyberattacks, acts of war, government actions, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
Export Compliance
Customers agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export laws and regulations. Products may not be exported, re-exported, or transferred in violation of applicable laws or sanctions.
Website Use
Unauthorized use of this website, including scraping, automated data extraction, unauthorized reproduction, malicious attacks, denial-of-service activity, or misuse of content is strictly prohibited.
Suncoast Precision Tools reserves the right to block access, terminate accounts, and pursue legal remedies for unauthorized activity.

Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising out of or relating to purchases, services, website usage, or transactions with Suncoast Precision Tools shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Arbitration shall occur in Pinellas County, Florida.
Customers waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or jury trials.
The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs where permitted by law.
