This Cpmt Insert Is Manufactured In Grade Tt5100 Carbide Using Tin+Ticn+Al2o3+Tin Coated Finish And The Fg Chipbreaker For Finish To Medium-Light Turning. It Provides 2 Indexable Cutting Corners In An 80° Rhombic Geometry. Key Dimensions Include 0.031" Corner Radius, 0.375" Inscribed Circle, 0.125" Thickness. Recommended Workpiece Materials Include Stainless Steel, Steel And Heat-Resistant Super Alloys (Hrsa). Tt5100 Is A Tough Cvd Carbide Grade For Mild Steel, Low Carbon Steel And Low Carbon Alloy Steel Where Sticking And Edge Chipping Can Be A Problem. Iso Range M15-M35, P20-P40, S15-S35. Fg Is A Finish To Semi-Finish Chipbreaker With Low Cutting Forces For Steel, Stainless Steel And Cast Iron. This Is A Standard Iso-Format Turning Insert For Use In Compatible External Turning Holders And Boring Bars.
