It Provides 3 Indexable Cutting Corners In A 60° Triangular Geometry. Key Dimensions Include 0.031" Corner Radius, 0.250" Inscribed Circle, 0.125" Thickness. Recommended Workpiece Materials Include Stainless Steel, Steel And Heat-Resistant Super Alloys (Hrsa). Tt5100 Is A Tough Cvd Carbide Grade For Mild Steel, Low Carbon Steel And Low Carbon Alloy Steel Where Sticking And Edge Chipping Can Be A Problem. Iso Range M15-M35, P20-P40, S15-S35. Pc Is A Positive-Geometry Chipbreaker For Medium To Semi-Finishing Operations, Especially Steel And Automotive Components. This Is A Standard Iso-Format Turning Insert For Use In Compatible External Turning Holders And Boring Bars.
