Grade Ab2010 Is Based On Tin Pvd Coated Al2o3 + Ticn Ceramic And Is Engineered For Coated Ceramic Grade For Finishing Hardened Steel, Hardened Cast Iron And Hard Materials; This Insert Is A Positive Triangle Positive Turning Insert Without Hole With Tin Coated Finish And No Chipbreaker Designation. Key Dimensions Include 0.250" Ic, 0.125" Thickness, 0.016" Corner Radius, 60° Included Angle. The Insert Provides 3 Usable Cutting Edges And Uses Chamfer, Hone Edge Preparation To Support Cutting Edge Strength. Recommended Workpiece Materials Include Hardened Materials. Iso Application Range: H05-H10. Excellent Wear Resistance, Improved Fracture Resistance And Easy Used-Edge Identification From The Tin Coating. The Tin Coating Helps Identify Used Edges And Can Provide A Cost-Saving Alternative To Cbn In The Right Hard-Part Finishing Application. Use With A Compatible Ingersoll Holder Or Boring Bar In A Rigid Setup With Proper Speed, Feed And Edge Preparation For Best Ceramic Insert Performance. Ingersoll Part # 5702707
