Grade Tc3020 Is A Sialon Ceramic Grade For High-Temperature Alloy Turning With Strong Wear And Notch Resistance. The Round Positive Geometry, Uncoated Finish And No Chipbreaker Designation Support General Turning Applications. Key Dimensions Include 0.375" Ic, 0.313" Thickness, 0.187" Corner Radius, Round Included Angle. The Insert Uses Hone Edge Preparation To Support Cutting Edge Strength. Recommended Workpiece Materials Include Hrsa. Iso Application Range: S15-S25. Superior Wear Resistance From High Chemical Stability, Strong Flank And Notch Wear Resistance, And Excellent High-Temperature Strength. Ingersoll Positions Tc3020 For Superalloy Work Where Wear Resistance, Chemical Stability, Flank Wear Control And Notch Wear Resistance Are Important, With Typical Turning Data Around 650-1150 Sfm And .004-.016 Ipr In Super Alloys.
