The 4-Margin Design Provides Additional Margin Contact, Improving Hole Straightness And Roundness While Providing Improved Stability For Difficult Applications Like Cross Holes And When Exiting On An Angle. The High-Performance Point Design Stabilizes On Entry For Exceptional Hole Size And Cylindricity While Also Allowing For Low Thrust Force, Reducing Machine Power Requirements And Extending Tool Life. The Coolant-Through Design Puts Coolant As Close To The Cut As Possible For Consistent Chip Flushing, Maximum Cooling And Highest Productivity. The Series 142P Drills Are Manufactured From Premium Certified Carbide To Further Ensure The Highest Level Of Quality, Performance, And Longevity. These Drills Are Coated With Ti-Namite®-X. The Structural Design Of Ti-Namite®-X Is Adapted To Meet A Diverse Range Of Applications; Everything From High-Alloyed And Low-Alloyed Steels To Hardened Materials (Up To 65 Hrc Core Hardness).
