It Reduces The Size Of The Chips And Can Be Used At Slower Than Normal Speeds. Ultra-Tool® Burr Heads And Solid Carbide Burrs Are Manufactured From Premium Ultra-Carb® Sub-Micron Grain Carbide. They Feature Higher Hardness And A Greater Flute Count Than Most Competing Brands For Increased Tool Life. The Steel Shanks Are Made Of High Speed Steel Hardened To A Rating Of 45-48 Rockwell C. All Ultra-Tool® Products Are Proudly Made In The U.S.A., 100% American Designed, American Made, American Owned.
