Unibor Magnetic Drills
Unibor magnetic drills provide portable power for producing accurate holes in steel and other ferrous metals. The magnetic base secures the machine to the workpiece, allowing drilling in locations that may be difficult or impossible to reach with a stationary machine. Applications include structural fabrication, construction, bridge work, equipment repair, pipe drilling, rail maintenance and field installation.
The Unibor magnetic drill range includes compact machines such as the E3000, deep-stroke models such as the CMD350, and higher-capacity Elite machines for drilling, twist drilling, countersinking and tapping. Variable-speed, multi-speed, automatic, low-profile, pneumatic, hydraulic, permanent-magnet and pivoting-base options address specialized operating conditions and difficult workpiece geometry.
Selected Elite Series drills feature technologies such as DrillSmart operating feedback, LiftShield, Smart Control, LED work lighting, internal cabling and quick-release interchangeable handles. The E6000 PIVOT uses PermaMag technology for pipe and uneven surfaces, while the heavy-duty E8000 provides a 4" cutter capacity and 4" depth of cut for demanding fabrication and construction work.
Unibor Annular Cutters
Annular cutters produce holes by cutting around the outside diameter and removing a solid center slug. Because the cutter removes less material than a conventional twist drill, it can produce large, accurate holes with reduced cutting force, lower torque and less machine load. Unibor annular cutters are available in numerous inch and metric diameters, cutting depths and shank configurations.
Choose M2 HSS cutters for economical general-purpose drilling in mild steel and common fabrication materials. Select M42 cobalt cutters when increased hot hardness and wear resistance are needed. TCT carbide-tipped cutters provide extended life in stainless steel, high-tensile steel, structural steel, tough alloys, cast iron and other demanding materials. Matching pilot pins locate the hole, control coolant flow and eject the completed slug.
Unibor TCT Carbide-Tipped Annular Cutters
Unibor TCT annular cutters use tungsten-carbide cutting tips and specialized tooth geometry for smooth, low-vibration cutting in hard or abrasive materials. The range covers common fabrication sizes as well as large diameters and deep cutting applications. Available shank configurations include universal and Weldon styles for compatibility with Unibor magnetic drills and other machines using the same arbor system.
Unibor M2 HSS and M42 Cobalt Annular Cutters
Unibor M2 HSS annular cutters provide a tough, resharpenable and economical solution for routine fabrication, maintenance and workshop drilling. M42 cobalt cutters add hot hardness and wear resistance for harder materials and higher cutting temperatures. Select the cutter substrate according to the workpiece, machine, diameter, depth of cut and required production life.
Unibor Rail Cutters
Unibor TCT carbide-tipped rail cutters are designed for fast, accurate holemaking in railroad track and demanding rail-maintenance applications. The cutters feature a Twist-Lock shank and a 1" cutting depth, with matching pilot pins included. Use the diameter and cutting-depth filters to locate the correct cutter for rail construction, maintenance and repair work.
Unibor Annular Cutter Sets
Unibor SKIT-01 and SKIT-02 sets provide six popular M2 HSS annular cutter sizes in an organized carrying case. Each set includes 9/16", 11/16", 3/4", 13/16", 7/8" and 15/16" cutters with 3/4" Weldon shanks and a matching pilot pin. Choose the SKIT-01 for a 1" cutting depth or the SKIT-02 for a 2" cutting depth.
Unibor TCT Hole Saws
Unibor SpeedCut and LongCut carbide-tipped hole saws provide quick, accurate cutting in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and plastic. SpeedCut models use a 1/4" impact shank and a spring-loaded center drill for positive core ejection in thin material up to 3/16" thick. LongCut models use a 3-flat non-slip shank and spring-loaded center drill for thicker material up to 1".
Tungsten-carbide teeth can drill up to 30% faster and deliver up to ten times the life of bi-metal hole saws or twist drills under suitable conditions. Applications include sheet-metal fabrication, HVAC, electrical installation, construction steel, stainless steel and truck chassis work.
Unibor MultiCut, ConeCut and Impact Step Drills
Unibor step drills create multiple hole diameters and enlarge existing holes with one tool. MultiCut M2 HSS step drills combine spiral flutes and split-point geometry for faster starts and efficient chip evacuation. Impact Pro models use M42 cobalt steel and a 1/4" impact shank for demanding impact-driver applications, while ConeCut designs provide additional options for sheet-metal holemaking.
Available shank styles include 3-flat shanks for standard three-jaw drill chucks and hex impact shanks for compatible impact drivers. Use the size, shank, point-style and model filters to compare the correct step drill for HVAC, electrical, automotive, fabrication and general maintenance work.
Unibor SITEH3RO™ Impact-Wrench Metalworking System
SITEH3RO™ turns a compatible impact wrench into a portable multipurpose metalworking system. The Connect, Click, Go holder allows quick tool changes without a magnetic drill, transformer or other large equipment. It is designed for work at height, in tight spaces and on jobsites where portability and secure tool retention are important.
Choose USH12 for a 1/2" square-drive impact wrench or USH34 for a 3/4" square-drive impact wrench. SITEH3RO™ holders accept the matching 7/16" hex-shank step drills, five-step reamers, spiral-flute car reamers and spiral-point taps offered through Suncoast Precision Tools.
SITEH3RO™ Step Drills and Five-Step Reamers
SITEH3RO™ M2 HSS step drills create new holes and enlarge existing holes in thin-gauge material. Available ranges include 1/8"–1/2", 3/16"–7/8" and 1/4"–1-3/8". The SITEH3RO™ coating reduces cutting heat and can provide up to 75% longer life than comparable uncoated tools under suitable operating conditions.
Five-step reamers enlarge, clean and align existing holes in defined increments. The three available ranges cover major bolt sizes from 5/16" through 1-1/16", with a 1/2" cutting length at each step. These tools are useful for bridge work, construction, field maintenance and fabrication.
SITEH3RO™ Car Reamers and Spiral-Point Taps
SITEH3RO™ spiral-flute car reamers enlarge, align and correct existing holes in structural steel, truck frames and fabrication work. M2 HSS construction, a safety shoulder and 7/16" hex impact shank support controlled use with the matching SITEH3RO™ holder or a standard three-jaw drill chuck.
SITEH3RO™ M2 HSS spiral-point taps cut UNC through threads in material up to 1/2" thick. The spiral point pushes chips forward to reduce clogging and can produce clean threads up to twenty times faster than hand tapping when used correctly with a compatible impact wrench and holder. Individual sizes and organized tap sets are available.
Unibor SITEH3RO™ Kits
SITEH3RO™ kits organize commonly used tools in durable carrying cases for field service, fabrication, construction and maintenance. Available configurations include step drill, step reamer, car reamer and UNC spiral-point tap sets. Choose the kit according to the required operation, size range and number of pieces.
